Within the ideas and concepts of Raja Yoga, meditation, and Zen there are many principles that overlap and support each other in a synergistic fashion. When these ideas are considered or even experienced and harnessed with a simple yoga practice it is possible for individuals to undergo or at least to start on a transformative journey. The concepts of Raja yoga can assist with understanding the potential which is realizable in a human life. Dao, or Taoism as it is known is also relevant considering the connectivity that exists within the universe whilst the wisdom of the Zen Masters can cut through the fog of much misaligned human ideology.   Each however is based on a foundation of openness which is one of the primary aims of a yoga practice; to open a body and mind that may have become closed and stolid, automatic and repetitive in its approach/experience of life.

The Yogazen approach is an inclusive one which seeks to stimulate body and mind with equal importance enhancing overall human experience. There are many who say that there is no such thing as an ‘objective truth’! That truth is relative and subjective (personal) within certain parameters. To Quote Rene Descartes “If you would be a real seeker after truth, it is necessary that at least once in your life you doubt as far as possible, all things. So why not open to the possibility of finding a peaceful and personal truth that restores your inner being to the potential that is possible for all of us

Find your truth.
